At Furbliss, we are dedicated to delivering the best accessories and toys for your beloved pets. We partner with trusted global suppliers to bring you quality products at great prices, shipped directly to your door.


⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within  7 to 10 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas, New Year) processing may take up to 5 business days
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

    📬 Order Tracking

    • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number
    • Tracking may take 2-5 business days to show updates after you receive it

    🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes

    • PawHaven ships internationally from our supplier warehouses
    • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost
    • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country
    • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
    • We recommend checking your country's import regulations before ordering

    📦 Multiple Items in One Order

    • If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times depending on the supplier
    • You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package

    ❌ Lost, Stolen or Undelivered Packages

    If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it:

    1. Check your mailbox, porch, and with neighbors
    2. Wait 2-3 additional business days as carriers sometimes mark early
    3. Check with your local post office
    4. If still missing, contact us at support@furbliss.online within 7 days of the delivery date

    We will investigate and offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

    ❗ Incorrect Shipping Address

    • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order
    • If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@furbliss.online
    • We can only modify the address before the order is shipped
    • PawHaven is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

    🔄 Returned to Sender

    If a package is returned to us because of:

    • Incorrect address
    • Failed delivery attempts
    • Unclaimed package

    We will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your cost or issue a refund minus shipping fees.
