Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
- Personalized or hygiene-related items cannot be returned
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- A clear photo of the item
- A description of the problem
We will send a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
